While everyone is out there posting their fabulous party looks, I’ll be over here in my pjs thanks. Well, or at least, Christmas casual. As much as I wish my squad would do a cocktail hour, that’s just not our speed.
Christmas Eve with the grandparents was the last time I wore actual pants for nearly 3 days. I’m not joking. I went for the traditional red plaid, but instead of a Kelly green I thought I’d mix it up with mint.
Ellen Tracy Plaid Blouse / Maurices Tank / Flying Monkey Skinny Jeans / TOMS Brogues / Walmart Earrings
My daughter also went with a traditional preppy look borrowing my denim & sweater. We both rocked the bun, her hairs a bit thicker.
Old Navy Denim Button Down / Banana Republic Sweater / Forever21 Skinny Jeans / 5Below Boot Socks / Aeropostale Necklace (also mine, hey!)
Christmas Morning found me in my aforementioned Nick&Nora sock monkey flannel & gray thermals. I had some time to kill before my husband & daughter woke up so I did my toes.
Jamberry Feeling Festive / Milani Cherry Pie / China Glaze CG in the City
Gotta show off my special Christmas Plates: Noritake Le Restaurant Noel
When I finally put on regular clothes again it was for my squads handmade holiday party. I snagged this gorgeous bowl my friend brought with her from a local KY potter during dirty santa.
Life Is Good Hoodie / Maurices Tank / Flying Monkey Skinny Jeans / Scarf from gift exchange
We had 2 more family functions after work this week so my look was business casual & my daughter had to wear her Christmas Gifts
