What is the meaning of your blog name?

Baubles & Knots came from an evening of brainstorming with my friend & fellow blogger Elisha. We liked the idea of using an ampersand and finally landed on this because baubles & knots are like the nuts & bolts bringing an ensemble together.

What has been a special moment for you in 2016?

My daughter turned 16 this year! I started a new job!

What is the best part about blogging?

Making connections with interesting people that I would have otherwise never even known existed.

Why did you start your blog?

I really enjoy sharing my personal wardrobe journey.  It’s been a really interesting learning & growing experience. Clothes are very personal & should be a reflection of yourself. I’ve never really set out to be a “how to wear” blog. I think it’s more a “make it your own” take on style.

What is your favorite quote?

What is your favorite city in the world?

I’ve probably spent the most time in St Louis going to concerts, musicals, Shakespeare in the park, museums, etc. I don’t know if it’s my favorite, but it’s my most frequented.

What is at the top of your bucket list?

Travelling! I love exploring new places. I have a Pinterest board full of adventures I want to take.
