Curating Beauty OOTD MOTD 46

My New Year’s Eve started with a mid afternoon winery hang with friends. Although, we weren’t drinking champagne my make up still took a sparkly cue from the time honored nye beverage.

I recreated this fizzy statement eye with my sephora pantone watercolor palette.

  • Cafe Creme
  • Mushroom
  • Antique White

I started off by lining my upper lashline with Benefits They’re Real! Push Up liner. Frankly I’m not a fan, it’s supposed to be really easy to use & create a flawless line, but I just haven’t had any luck with it. I’ll probably keep it around, but I don’t see myself reaching for it often. I worked my way from inner corner to outer with the 3 shades above. I used cafe creme on my lower lashline. Love the subtle glitz.

I kept the rest of my makeup natural with a swoop of hourglass blush in mood exposure & a swipe of bite beauty in honeycomb. Since I was starting off in the afternoon I wanted a look that was semi casual while still celebratory.

I popped my ensemble up a notch with this sweet 2Hearts peplum from The Gray Area, a local boutique & accessories (Christmas gifts!) from Charming Charlie.

Cheers!
